Is it sketch?
Band
The band started as Dor Daedeloth, which was pretty straightforward a Nazi band. The released a demo called ‚Aryan Supremacy‘ which glorifies the Holocaust and NS-ideology. It later became also Peste Noire’s first release.
The bandlogo with the skull is derived from the logo of the ‚White Aryan Resistance‚, a US-Nazi organization founded by a high ranking Ku-Klux-Klan member. See symbol here.
The intro on the 2013 self titled album contains an excerpt from a speech of a LVF leader. The LVF was a volunteer unit in WWII consisting of French Nazi collaborationists which was later incorporated into the Waffen-SS.
The excerpt says: ‚ce n’est pas la france qui a ete battu, ce n’est pas le peuple français, c’est la bande de juifs de salauds de capitalistes qui nous dirigaient‘ (‚It wasn’t France that was defeated, it wasn’t the French people, it was the gang of Jewish capitalist bastards who ruled us.‘).
Between 2003 and 2012, Cyril Mendre contributed bass to the band, who owns the label Drakkar Productions, which releases a lot of NSBM. He is part of NSBM band Gestapo 666. He contributed to the NSBM bands Sacrificia Mortuorum and Order of the Death’s Head and also wrote lyrics for Satanic Warmaster.

Famine is part of the ‚Misanthropic Division‘ a Neonazi organization based in Ukraine (Wikipedia / Wikipedia german, providing more details on this), along with German Neonazi Hendrik Möbus of Absurd, Alexey Levkin of M8l8th who is organizing the NSBM-Festival Asgardsrei.
Famine runs the NS-label Le Mesnie Herlequin.
Yurii P. is part of several NSBM bands such as Adolfkvlt and M8Л8ТХ.
Tuomas Rytkönen is part of the BM bands Horna and Sargeist, he contributed to the NSBM band Baise Ma Hache.
Björn is also part of the NSBM band Vermine. He was part of the NSBM band Wolfsangel.
Snorr is part of the RAC band Lemovice. He was also part of the NSBM band Wolfsangel and contributed to the NSBM band Vermine.
Thorwald is the vocalist of the NSBM band Baise Ma Hache. He contributed to the NSBM bands Maléfice and Vermine.

The band played the NSBM festival Hot Shower in Italy in 2017.
The band played the NSBM festival Call of Terror in 2017.
The band played the Finnish Steelfest in 2017, a festival where established bands are deliberately booked along with NSBM / far right extremist bands.
The band played the NSBM festival Asgardsrei in Ukraine in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
On December 16th 2017 the band played a show in Kyjiw, Ukraine together with NSBM bands Goatmoon, Absurd and Naer Mataron.

The band did a split album with the BM band Horna in 2007 via Debemur Morti Productions.
