Band
The band is Germanys most known NSBM band and pretty clear about that in regards of lyrics, artwork, collaborations etc. They reduced the clear symbolism over the years but that is probably more because of the criminal records of the members than due to ideological changes. The band plays and organizes NS events, sells NS merch and music and has connections to Nazi organizations in Germany, Ukraine, Italy and the US.
The band appears on countless NS samplers, e.g. on the ‚Blood & Honour Deutschland – Trotz Verbot Nicht Tot‘ (English: ‚Blood & Honour Germany – Banned but not dead‘) sampler, showing their support for B&H. Another example is the ‚Freundeskreis der heimatverbundenen Germanen‘ NS-compilation by Nebelfee Klangwerke or the ‚Germania Incognita – Kulturkampf‘ NS-compilations by Donnerschlag Rex.
The band split up in 2012. There are currently two incarnations of this band active, one led by Hendrik Möbus (since 2017) and one led by Sven Zimper (since 2019).
Members
Hendrik Möbus is founding member of the band. He owns the NSBM label Darker Than Black and is involved in the NS mailorder Merchant of Death. He was session vocalist for the NSBM bands Endsieg, Maléfice and Strawaz. He contributed lyrics to several NSBM bands, such as Ad Hominem, Amalek, Bilskirnir, Capricornus, Drowning The Light, Evil, Godless North, Graveland, Nidhöggsburg, Nordglanz, Nordwind, Pantheon, The True Werwolf and Two Runes. Möbus was sentenced to eight years prison for murdering a schoolmate. He was released after serving four years. His probation was revoked after he mocked his victim on stage and showed a Nazi salute during a show on September 26th, 1998, in Behringen, Germany. He fled to the United States and was sheltered by US Nazi leader William Pierce where he helped building up the NS label Resistance Records. He was later deported to Germany and had to serve the rest of his time in 2001. He received another four years in 2003 for distributing and / or showing Nazi insignia in public. He founded the ‘Deutsche Heidnische Front’, the German chapter of the right-wing extremist ‘Pagan Front’ and he is a leading organizer of the NSBM festival ‘Hot Shower’ in Italy.
Sven Zimper releases NSBM via his label World Terror Committee (W.T.C.). He is part of the NSBM bands Grand Belial’s Key and Luror.
