Stutthof was the name of a Nazi concentration camp (Wikipedia).

On the ‚Towards Thy Astral Path‘ album from 2003, there are tracks ‚Opus I: Blut‘ and ‚Opus II: Boden‘ (which combined make a known Nazi slogan, Wikipedia). The last track ‚Krieg und Boden‘ (‚War & Soil‘) takes the same direction. The flavor text in the booklet is signed with ‚With Blood and Honour, Acherontas‘

On the split album with Nemeton the band uses NS codes like the ’88‘.

Some releases include greetings towards NS bands or musicians or the Greek right wing extremist party Chrysi Avgi.

The band appeared on the NS sampler ‚Hellenic Vanguard N.S.B.M. Weltanschauung‘ in 2004 via NS label Αντεπίθεση.

Members

Nikolaos Panagopoulos is the main character behind Αχέροντας (Acherontas). He played live guitars for the NSBM band Legion of Doom and for Nightbringer. He was guest / session musician for the NSBM bands Der Stürmer (2006 / 2022) and Naer Mataron (2013), as well as for bands like Black Altar (2017) and Inferno (2017 / 2018).

Tyranos Sigel was part of the NSBM band Krypteia (2004). He was live drummer for the NSBM band Der Stürmer (2004 – 2008). He played session drums for the NSBM band Wodulf (2016).

Demogorgon is part of the NSBM band Legion of Doom. He was part of the NSBM band Αχέροντας (Acherontas).

Sotiris Schoinas is part of the NSBM band Naer Mataron. He played live guitar at the Stutthof reunion show at the NSBM festival Asgardsrei in 2019. He played guitars in Αχέροντας (Acherontas) (2017 – 2022).
