Band
On the debut album Strength & Honour (2001) you can find lyrics like „Reign of tyranny, of magick and strength / Enthroned Aryan spirit the resurrection of our reich / Valour of pagan Europe / War and warrior’s blood“ (Strength and Honour)“ or „Sieg Heil! The sign of our cross rises“ (‚Wolves of Blood and Iron‘).
In 2004 and 2008 Cyril Mendre contributed lyrics to the band, who owns the label Drakkar Productions. He is also part of NSBM band Gestapo 666. He contributed to the NSBM bands Peste Noire, Sacrificia Mortuorum and Order of the Death’s Head.
The 2005 release of the band is divided into chapters: ‚Black Metal Commando‘ and ‚Gas Chamber‘.
The 2005 Carelian Satanist Madness Album includes the song My Dreams of 8, containing lines like „the path of blood and honour“ or „One state, one folk, one leader, a true revelation„. The 8 in the title is widely considered a code for „Hitler“, as the right wing extremist scene uses to do it. The lyrics on track 8 were written by Thomas Kosmas. He is a member of the Greek fascist ‘Chrysi Avgi’ (Χρυσή Αυγή) party. He runs the NS label Totenkopf Propaganda. He was part of the NSBM band Der Stürmer (1998 – 2014) and live / session bassist for the NSBM band Absurd (2017 – 2020). He contributed to the NSBM bands Capricornus, Goatmoon and Goatpenis.
The logo contains a Wolfsangel symbol.
The band appears on several compilations, e.g. No Colours label sampler (‚Victory Through Total Domination‘, 2002), the ‚Gemeinschaftstonträger‘ compilation of the NSBM labels Christhunt Productions and No Colours Records, a Graveland tribute sampler by Totenkopf Propaganda (2006) or compilations of the NS label Satanic Skinhead Propaganda (‚Declaration of Anti-Semitic Terror‘ 2006, 2010).
Members
Lauri Penttilä owns the NSBM label Werewolf Records. He is or was part of the (NS)BM-bands Goatmoon, Gestapo 666, Blutrache, Horna and White Death and contributed to NSBM bands such as Aryan Blood, Evil, Hellkult and Vothana.
He calls himself a traditional Satanist and strongly contradicts being called a Nazi or racist in interviews and on social media. (example on Finnish website Rumba) However, in an interview with the Black Metal news site Mirgilus, Werewolf is quoted like this, questioned about NS influences:
“The influence cannot be denied, some of the most advanced social and political ideas were created during the iron regime of the Reich. Of course I am interested and feel strong sympathy for the ideals of that time.” (web-archive).
On the 2007 album ‚Strength and Honor‘, two musicians took part (Thurisaz, Bass / Volos, drums), who were both part of Penttilä’s short-lived NSBM project Blutrache.
Joni Ojala plays bass in Satanist Terrorist. He played drums in White Death. He contributed drums to The True Werwolf (2011 – 2020).
Samuli Pesonen was part of the live setups of Horna (2008 – 2013) and White Death (2014 – 2015).
Lauri Kesäläinen played live bass for Pyromaniac. He was part of Kadotus.
