Band
The band publicly claimed to be part of the NSBM scene. They shared a comradeship with the the NSBM band Kataxu. The artwork of the 1997 demo and it’s re-relase contained a statement which read like this (sic!):
„Thunderbolt and Kataxu are bands which support the true face of white underground. This stuff is only for white race!!! Jews, niggers, arabs and other bastards can fuck off!!!“
In later interviews, the band stated to have left the NSBM scene and did not want to be associated with any political movement, but some members were or are still involved in other NSBM bands.
The band was part of the NS organization Pagan Front.
The band released music mostly via NSBM labels, such as Eastclan, Old Legend Productions, Ancestral Research Records, Resistance Records, Christhunt Productions, Darker Than Black, Obscure Abhorrence Productions or Hammer of Damnation.
The band was part of the NSBM compilations ‚The Night And The Fog‘ by Dungeons of Darkness and ‚Corneliu Zelea Codreanu: Prezent!‘ by Tellurian Battlegrounds Productions in 1999, as well as ‚Stronger Than Before‘ released in 2000 by Combat Records.
